Slumber Sleep Inc. — Wholesale Shipping Policy

ORDER PROCESSING

All wholesale orders are processed within 48–72 business hours. Orders placed before 2:00 PM Mountain Standard Time (MST) will begin processing the same business day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM MST will begin processing the following business day.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.

Please note that same-day shipping is not available for wholesale orders.

SHIPPING CARRIERS

Orders are shipped via UPS. Shipping costs are calculated and either added to your invoice or applied directly at checkout.

EXPEDITED SHIPPING

Expedited shipping options may be available upon request. Please contact your wholesale representative to inquire about expedited delivery and associated costs.

SHIPPING DESTINATIONS

We currently ship within the United States and Puerto Rico only. International shipping is not available at this time; however, exceptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis depending on the product. Please contact your wholesale representative to discuss any special shipping requests.

ORDER TRACKING

Tracking information is provided automatically once your order has shipped. You will receive tracking details via email.

DAMAGED SHIPMENTS

If your order arrives damaged during transit, please take the following steps:

  1. Photograph the damaged product(s) and packaging
  2. Contact your wholesale manager with the photos and documentation
  3. A replacement shipment will be sent within 48 hours (2 business days) of confirmation
